The goal of our screening program is to link the community to screening services.
HEPP has developed an individualized screening program whereby each person registered for screening through HEPP receives one on one guidance throughout the screening process.
HEPP offers a limited number of free mammograms, clinical breasts exams and Pap Tests to those who qualify. HEPP also refers men and women for low cost or free screening tests through partnership with local screening providers. HEPP provides care coordination to all clients with abnormal screening exams. HEPP provides patient navigation for follow up care, treatment and support in collaboration with other community organizations.
All participants in our screening program are contacted after 1 year of screening and offered assistance and linkage to re-screening as appropriate.
